It is evident from the provided meeting minutes that several courses underwent modification throughout the assessment period. However, the Board of Studies (BOS) has not deliberated upon the extent of modification regarding the components of previously established courses. Nowhere in the proceedings is there an indication of changes significant enough to transform them into entirely new courses. Therefore, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are urged to claim only those courses introduced for the first time during the assessment period. Next comes metric 1.2.1.2. HEI needs to clarify, the necessity and essence for introducing "Constitution of India" for Engineering students. Practical Paper in itself does not constitutes any separate courses. Additionally, certain VACs seem to constitute an integral component of standard curricula within specific academic programs. Consequently, the HEI must relinquish its claim over such courses. Illustratively, this may encompass, but is not confined to: 1. All English Courses, 2. .NET, 3. C and Python language, among others. The HEI is tasked with providing a means, in alignment with NAAC SOPs, for DVV to access the syllabi of all regular programs offered during the assessment period. It is requested that the HEI segregate the syllabus links annually and organize them programmatically. In providing these syllabi, emphasis should be placed solely on the distinct aspects not covered within regular courses.

HEI has provided copies of feedback obtained from diverse stakeholder groups, along with feedback analysis, action reports, and Board of Studies minutes, thereby affirming the stated assertion. However, to ensure validation, it is necessary to furnish feedback forms for the top ten students in the final semester of the following programs: B.Tech-ME, M.Tech-RE, B.Tech-ECE, and M.Tech-ES&VLSI, for the academic years 2020-21 and 2021-22. These forms should be segregated by academic year. Additionally, HEI is requested to submit feedback documents received from its alumni for the most recent academic year under review.

HEI is required to present electricity bills reflecting campus-wide consumption, with specific emphasis on energy utilization, both antecedent to and subsequent to a six-month period following the implementation of "Alternate Sources of Energy and Energy Conservation Measures."
